Fiber laser to achieve the marking of advanced plastics

Including nylon, poly ethylene terephthalate (PET), polycarbonate and polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and styrene and thermoplastic elastomer (TPUs) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPEs), such as bright, translucent, and opaque color all is the use of the heavy metal, polymer and FDA/European food safety authority (EFSA) made from approved additives, in order to realize the high contrast marking quality (figure 1). The clarity, spectral transmission and basic physical properties of the polymer will not be affected. Contactless digital laser marking replaces the expensive sticker and ink chemical printing process. The result is cost effective, environmentally friendly and aesthetically attractive in practical applications.
