Laser welding mainly refers to a kind of welding method that USES laser energy as a heat source to melt and connect the workpiece. During the laser welding process, the laser irradiates the surface of the welded material, which is reflected and absorbed, and the remaining part is absorbed into the material to complete the welding target. For example, when the frequency reaches 2Hz, the weld overlap rate is higher when the frequency reaches 2Hz. When the frequency reaches 5Hz, the weld is burning seriously, and the thermal influence area is wide, resulting in deformation. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the effective control of welding deformation.
